The Community Services Department operates and maintains 6 swimming pools, 4 indoor and 2 outdoor pools.

Please note that Swim Schedules are subject to change on holidays, during special events and due to temporary closures.  Please check the "Service Update" listing on the City's homepage for up to date closures or changes to the schedule.

Pool Rentals

Our Swimming Pools are the perfect place for your child's birthday party or a family get together:

• Pool rental rates vary depending on the facility, the number of swimmers in your group, the number and type of amenities you request (slide, water features) and the number of required lifeguards on duty. 
• The Lazy River at Legends Centre and the Waterslides at Legends Centre and South Oshawa Community Centre are available at an additional cost.
• Party rooms are available at all Recreation Facilities for your birthday party. View information on room rentals in conjunction with a pool rental.
• Contact your local pool for rental information.

Legends Centre Pool presented by Lovell Drugs

Fridays: 12:30pm - 1:30pm & 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Saturdays: 12:30pm - 1:30pm, 4:00pm - 5:00pm & 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Sundays: 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Centennial Pool, Civic Recreation Complex

There are no designated times for pool rentals at Centennial Pool. You may host your pool party by purchasing admission tickets to one of our leisure swims in conjunction with a room rental.

The sauna and hot tub are available for public use ONLY during regularly scheduled leisure swim times.

The sauna is available for public use ONLY during regularly scheduled leisure swim times.

Centennial Pool, Civic Recreation Complex

The sauna is available for public use during regularly scheduled leisure swim times AND during lessons/program times.

South Oshawa Community Centre Pool

The sauna and hot tub are available for public use ONLY during regularly scheduled leisure swim times.
